Century Ballroom will host aspecial Thursday night salsa & bachata social fundraiser for Jaime Rubio, a salsa and bachata instructor and performer in the Seattle Latin dance community. Proceeds will support Jaime and his family while they fight his immigration case and do what’s possible to stay together.
The fundraiser will include a salsa lesson, social dancing and dance performances by some of Seattle’s most talented Salsa dancers including: Salsamania, Mi Esencia, Studio Azul, La Clave Cubana,Yamulee, Salsa Con Todo, Suenos de Salsa, Benny & Ashley, Rico & Emmy and Victor Dominguez.

9:00 p.m.: Salsa Intro Lesson
9:30 p.m.: Salsa & Bachata Social opens in both rooms
10:30 p.m.: Dance Performances Set #1 in main ballroom
11:30 p.m.: Dance Performances Set #2 in main ballroom
1:15 a.m.: Social Dancing Ends
